Shipping & delivery

Orders arrive in about 10 business days from the day you order. That covers the whole process: preparing your order and USPS delivery from Aurora, Colorado.

Why 10 days?

Because we bring products from Colombia ourselves instead of holding everything on a shelf. Most of that time is preparation — once your package is with USPS, it's a normal domestic delivery.

That extra step is exactly what lets you skip customs fees and import paperwork. You pay the price you see on the product page, and nothing more when the package arrives.

Tracking

You'll get a USPS tracking number by email once your package is on its way. You can follow it at usps.com.
